Hi, I'm Eddie, and I look forward to connecting with you. Thirty years ago, I began my real estate career on the coast of South Carolina, helping families realize their dreams of beach ownership. As a young family, we enjoyed coastal life but were presented with the opportunity to try out a freshwater coast in 1989 that we couldn't pass up.

We found ourselves at a brand new development on a beautiful 70,000-acre lake a few hours north, where I quickly fell in love with helping newly retired folks and those about to retire find their perfect homesite to build their dream home with magnificent golf course or lake views. That development served us well for over 10 years when we, once again, were presented with an opportunity to incorporate two things I had grown passionate about into one place: helping people retire at the beach.

We built another very successful career, helping over 800 families accomplish their dream location status while personally selling over 200 million dollars in volume over a 20-year span. Saying goodbye to the saltwater coast was hard, but as we age, there is beauty in slowing down. We knew in our hearts that the freshwater coast was calling us back.

In 2022, we moved from Southport, NC to McCormick, SC, and welcomed less traffic and less hustle. I grew up a navy brat, so we always lived by water, and as I look back at my life and my career, water has always been my home. Whether a river, lake, ocean, or even a stream, it's a part of who I am.
